Founded in 1996 by Tamir Pinhas — who comes from a long line of builders — Preferred Home Builders has grown into a 25-person design–build team of designers, project managers, and craftsmen with over 75 years of combined experience. Tamir still personally oversees every project.
Three decades and 3,000+ projects later, we never outgrew the values we started with: do honest work, communicate clearly, and treat every home as if it were our own. That’s why so much of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients across LA, Ventura County, and the West Valley — and why HGTV brought us on for “Help! I Wrecked My House.”
